Everybody I had to deal with was kind and polite.
I had a half hour wait before I was seen and although this is not a particularly long wait, it would have been useful to have been informed in advance of it. You should have a board up with the waiting times on it, as before.

The nurses were so nice. Explained what they were doing. The doctor was compassionate and made me feel relaxed. I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff.
